Here at 3 v 3 FC we are committed to building a soccer club that really is a club, with a family oriented community spirit.
All of our teams will attend tournaments together, support each other and really enjoy the opportunities that soccer provides us all. We are blessed to have so many tournaments in our local area and during our two seasons per year we attend at least one a month.
Our teams are specifically trained for 3 v 3 soccer tournaments and competitions.
Therefore we generally do not conflict with any leagues so you should have minimal scheduling conflicts should your child play in a local soccer league.
Our seasons are also outside of the regular Spring and Fall league seasons.
Our Mission
Each year our mission is to create soccer teams that play to our strategic 3 v 3 system to reach the National and World 3 v 3 Championships held at Disney each year.
Having won one championship already we want to win more.
We also currently have a rec team ranked Number 1 in the country ahead of the upcoming Nationals at Disney.
We aim to offer the finest soccer coaching at the most economic prices to any soccer player. Our coaches have the highest licences, including USSF A and UEFA B, and huge experience in professional soccer coaching.
We are based in Winter Garden, Florida, and also have a satellite club in South Clermont, Florida
The Seasons
We have two distinct seasons, October through January, and April Through July. We begin in October to prepare for the World Championships in January, and again in April to prepare for the Nationals in July. We train once a week, and compete in tournaments at least once a month, and then attend the two big tournaments as the pinnacle of our season.
Our top class soccer coaches will conduct all practices and attend all tournaments, we will also have assistant coaches for each soccer team who assist in practices and tournaments.We start our teams at Under 6, so 5 year olds, up to U14's.
We have studied and played the game of 3 v 3 soccer and understand the strategy. It is a patient game and we instill patience and discipline in our players, we encourage good sportsmanship and teach our players how to be good losers as well as gracious winners. We strongly believe that soccer builds character and our soccer club beliefs and principles are very strong.
Our Coaches
Our coaches strongly believe that developing the player leads to the development of a good team. Their training sessions will always be fun, but will always strive to bring the best out of each player. Technique is paramount, tactical awareness is critical, building character is essential and our coaches are committed to bringing these qualities to each team in our soccer club.
Steve Crane
Coach Steve played professionally for several soccer clubs including Premier League Club Charlton Athletic in the 80's and 90's and coached professionally in England. He attended College in the US and holds the NCAA record for most goals scored in a single season.
As a soccer coach he holds the USSF A Licence, NSCAA Premier Diploma and the FA Coaching Licence. He is also a staff coach for the FYSA (Florida Youth Soccer Association) and an Associate National Staff Coach for the NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America).
Cost
There are 32 weeks in our two seasons so we will train for 32 weeks of the year, excluding public holidays and tournaments. The Club fee covers all training sessions.
Club Fees - $230 per year (Two seasons)
Uniforms will be the same throughout each team. Tournament uniforms are high quality and will only be worn at tournaments and are good for two years, a total of 4 seasons. Two training jerseys are also provided in the cost and should be worn with black shorts and black socks.
Uniform Fees - $125 per two years (Four Seasons) Complete tournament uniform and 2 training jerseys.
Additional costs are tournament fees. Tournament fees average at about $35 per player per tournament.
For overnight travel tournaments, an additional $10 - $15 fee per player is added for coach accomodation. Overnight travel tournaments are optional, not compulsory.
There are no additional coaches fees or other costs.
